Export Manager

Monitor all financial transaction and process and manage all communication with export authorities for all required countries.
• Provide up-to-date guidance on current carrier and international requirements and Export Regulations.
• Provide daily customer service via email and phone while finding solutions that align with company values, brand image, and our customer needs.
• Enter orders into Oracle software based on country specific requirements and customer product needs.
• Having great exposure of B2B and B2C in international market.
• Oversee the preparation, review, and submission of export license applications.
• Review draft letters of credit to ensure the terms are acceptable and assist the companies with coordinating documents required for presentations for payment.

Follow- up on sales order, shipment booking and schedules.
• Manage and control Warehouse Inventory to maintain orders and efficiently meet delivery commitments.
• Work cross-functionally with all departments to ensure quality and maximize productivity.
• Lead and develop effective warehouse personnel to ensure an efficient, motivated, and skilled workforce.
• Regularly review warehouse processes and procedures to ensure continuous cost improvement.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system.
